How it works

  1. You fill out this questionnaire.
  2. We give you two versions of your charm.
  3. You tell us what you like and what you don't, and we revise once.
  4. You approve the model and we start production, which takes two to three weeks.

Feel free to list specific shades or tones.
Flowers, animals, characters, symbols, a place, a memory.
Add up to 5 photos. Anything you cannot upload, email to info@amema.us with your name in the subject and we'll match it to this form.

    A chain or a charm from the shop or the archive that is close to what you want.
    Ideas or preferences not covered above, and any date you need it by.

    Things to know about your custom order

    • The design fee is $100, paid before we begin designing. It covers the initial design options and the time they take, and it is charged whether or not you go ahead with the piece.
    • The necklace or charm itself is a separate cost, anywhere from $50 to $250 depending on how intricate your design is and how large it is, since printing is priced on the material a piece uses. We will confirm the price with you before anything is printed.
    • The first round of revisions is included with your design fee. Any additional revisions are an added cost of $30.
    • Once you approve the design, we start production. It takes two to three weeks from the day you approve.
    • Amema keeps the rights to the models and the artwork, and they may not be reproduced, resold or reprinted without our written permission.
    • All sales are final. Custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged.
